Das Professor who had introduced management education in India in 1957 and the first Indian to get doctorate from Harvard Business School and to teach in H.B.S. and he has also offered his services in the USA for 28 years for Universities like Georgia Tech, Atlanta Harward & Howard. Personally I was always fascinated and wanted to be an entrepreneur so I grabbed every opportunity to enterprise from my Schooling at the age of 14, I got into various businesses like student refreshment stalI Stationary Business, Marketing Various Aluminium products, IPCL Distributor, Distributor for Networking Products, Computers, Computer Peripherals, Director - Visakha Ceramic Pvt. Ltd., Director - Elmar Aqua farms.
Having gained knowledge in getting involved in various businesses and when I got an opportunity to promote a business School assisting Dr.K.K.Das I quickly grabbed the opportunity to assist Dr.K.K.Das in promoting INDIAN INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED MANAGEMENT (IIAM) estd 1987 since then I was involved in supporting my father Late Sri.S.Alwar das who had pioneered in privatising education since 1978 who had established 22 educational institutions.

Having being involved in educational institutions, I have pursued my Phd in Management and personally I was instrumental in promoting various education institutions like Sims , Greendale International School etc. With all the rich experience I have earned I felt there is a need to promote another Business School having an objective to produce ethical leaders which lead me to promote CMT Business School which has Autonomy (Approved by AICTE.) and gives all the exposure for the Students to learn in a Application oriented manner which helps all the students to be trained for the requirement of the Industry or to be an Entrepreneur.
